Muslimvivaah offers a personalised matrimonial service for Muslim ummahs who are seeking a suitable spouse. We are providing an online service for single Muslim adults, purely for marriage purposes. If you continue to use our website/service and register with our service, you are complying with our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not use our website and/or service.
MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS OF USE
If you do not accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions, you are not entitled to access our Services.
In order to use our service, you would need to register and create an account. You will be able to become a member for free of charge, however if you decide to connect with our members you will need to purchase our membership packages. Free registration will only entitle you to participate in some of the features available as part of the Service, in order to access full details of members, you must become a paying subscriber to our Service.
Once you have created an account, you will be able to view and see other members profile/information.
You agree that anyone will be able to view your information, any information you choose to make publicly is also available.
Any profile information that you have provided to us will be publicly viewable on your profile, irrespective of the location of the viewer. By creating a profile, you acknowledge that overseas recipients will be able to view your profile.
You acknowledge that your use of the Service and the Website is solely at your own risk.
Your account is for your sole, personal use only. You may not authorise others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
You confirm and have sworn by Allah that you are a practicing Muslim who is upon the Quran and Sunnah and is looking to marry a Muslim spouse.
Muslimvivaah are for the use of helping you find a spouse in a halal manner. If you are the parent, guardian or wali of a brother/sister, you MAY create an account on behalf of them WITH THEIR PERMISSION.
You may NOT create multiple accounts for yourself. Any member found with more than one account can be banned permanently without a refund.
Our website may include links to other website and services. You may receive details of our promotional offers, via email, telephone and messages.
You can purchase any 3 of our packages as follows:
Bespoke Package – Our Bespoke Package can only be purchased via contacting our matchmaking experts, this is more of a traditional matchmaking service where our matchmaking experts will work with you on a one-2-one basis. Our Matchmakers will handpick best possible matches for you according to your criteria and requirement. This package has a small initial administration fee and has a further final fee at the end if we are successful with finding you a match and In’sha’Allah able to fix a wedding date for the customer.
Platinum & Exclusive Package – Both 2 packages are a self-service package where you can purchase membership and connect with members instantly. Both packages have one-off annual membership fees (no monthly fees). Select the package that suits your need.
Our Platinum Package is for 12 months and Exclusive Package is for 24 months. Both Packages offer different features.
It is YOUR responsibility to CANCEL your membership when you are no longer require our services.
ELIGIBILITY
Anyone under the age of 18 years old are not eligible to use our services. You must be over 18 years of age to register as a member of the Service or to use our Website.
You confirm you are over 18 years old and have not lied or cheated in any way shape or form in order to use our website.
Anyone found to be using Muslimvivaah Matrimonial services under the age of 18 will be banned immediately without refund and your IP address will also be banned.
Identity Verification
Muslimvivaah may at time to time request a form of identification to verify you, you may be asked to provide your identification, so we can check the information you have provided incorrect. We may also ask you for your payment or billing information, this is purely to check you are compliance with our Terms of Use.
Accurate information
You represent, warrant and undertake that the information and photos that you supplied to our service, the Website and to Muslimvivaah is/are accurate in all respects, not in breach of this terms and conditions and not harmful to any person in any way.
Without limiting the above, you must not post on our website, any images that contain:
- images of any person other than you;
• nudity;
• images of other objects that do not contain you;
• a cartoon or illustration (even if it is of you)
We do not conduct criminal background screenings of our Users, nor are we able to personally identify each User. We as a company cannot be held liable for false declarations made by a Member. It is thus important to take certain common-sense precautions when meeting with another Member. For example, consider informing a close friend or relative of any meeting and plan your first meeting in a public place.
Promotional offers
Any free trial or other promotion that provides free access to the Paid Services must be used within the specified time of the trial.

We offer 14 days’ money back guarantee, if you decide not to use our service within the first 14 days of purchasing a membership with Muslimvivaah we will give you a full refund.
Under no other circumstances we offer refunds.
Muslimvivaah may update and amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and the updated Terms & Conditions available on our website. If at any point you do not agree to any part of the Terms & Conditions in operation, you should immediately stop using our Services.
